CRYSTAL PET ACCESSORIES & MATCHING JEWELLERY · WHOLESALE
TRADE ENQUIRIES
A clear route from selection to supply.
Gem & Kin works with pet boutiques, jewellery and lifestyle retailers, and online sellers. We coordinate product selection and wholesale enquiries with our supply partner, with the details of your order agreed before payment.
WHAT YOU CAN SOURCE
Build around your customers.
Crystal pet accessories
Choose from the collar colour stories and listed neck ranges. Add a leash where its construction and intended use fit your retail assortment.
Adult bracelets & matching pieces
Enquire about adult bracelets independently or plan a coordinated owner-and-pet selection. Specify quantities for each piece; bracelet and collar sizes are separate.
Listing materials & replenishment
Authorised product photography and available video can support your launch. Keep the product reference when requesting repeat stock so the current specification and availability can be checked.
HOW AN ORDER DEVELOPS
Five steps, with a clear brief at each stage.
| Stage | What you provide | What we work through |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Shortlist | Style codes, colours, sizes and approximate quantities | The selected range and current availability. |
| 2. Sample review | Sample styles, delivery destination and documentation needs | Sample cost, shipping, finished measurements and any material questions. |
| 3. Quotation | Confirmed selection, packing requests and delivery details | Item prices, quantity basis, currency, freight and the scope of any additional service. |
| 4. Order confirmation | Approval of the written quotation and specifications | Payment terms, dispatch timing, packing and the agreed process for discrepancies. |
| 5. Replenishment | Previous references and quantities required | Current stock, possible material or appearance changes and the next delivery arrangement. |
STARTING & RESTOCKING
Plan a manageable opening selection.
A focused selection makes it easier to review samples and learn which colours and sizes work for your shop. Start with a few connected colour stories, then list the quantity you want for each style and size. Our supply arrangement allows smaller opening selections and continued replenishment; the workable mix for your export order is checked against the chosen items.
For reorders, quote the previous product reference and keep the approved specification or sample photographs with it. Natural-material variation and component availability can affect the appearance of later stock, so repeat orders should be compared against the agreed reference.
Is there a fixed minimum order?
There is no blanket per-style minimum published for this catalogue. Send your proposed trial quantities and size mix. The quotation will state the accepted quantity for each line, including whether different sizes or colours can be combined.
Are samples available?
You can request a sample of the exact style and size before committing to a larger order. Sample availability, sample charge and delivery cost are supplied with the proposal. No automatic free-sample or refundable-sample policy is promised.
Can you supply single orders directly to overseas consumers?
International consumer dropshipping is not offered as a standard service on this website. Trade enquiries should be based on a shipment to your business or a nominated receiving point. A domestic supplier fulfilment arrangement does not establish an overseas dropshipping service.
PRODUCT & LISTING SUPPORT
Make the sample useful for your launch.
- Dimensions: review the actual neck or wrist fit, strap width, closure and complete-piece weight where needed.
- Materials: match the component description to the style reference. Raise natural-origin, treatment or test-report requirements before ordering.
- Photography: request the authorised files for your chosen products and agree the channels and permitted presentation.
- Packaging: include packaging, labelling or presentation requests in the initial brief. Custom branding and design changes require their own feasibility, quantity and cost review.
- Retail information: keep the agreed composition, fit and care information with the images so the product story remains consistent.
QUOTATION & DELIVERY
Know what the quotation includes.
Wholesale prices are provided privately for your selection. Review item prices separately from samples, packaging, freight and any additional testing or documentation. Your written quotation should show its currency and validity period, along with payment and delivery terms.
For delivery planning, provide the destination country, city and postcode. If you use a freight forwarder, include the receiving point. Freight cost, route, dispatch schedule and responsibility for import charges need to be settled in the order documents; the catalogue does not promise worldwide duty-paid delivery or a fixed transit time.
If something differs from the order
Keep the order reference and photographs of the received goods and packaging, then contact Sally with the affected style and quantity. The applicable inspection window, evidence requirements and remedy should be agreed before the order is placed. This allows discrepancies, shipping damage and natural appearance variation to be assessed against the same reference.
Do you offer exclusivity or private-label manufacturing?
Neither exclusivity nor a private-label manufacturing programme is included by default. You may describe a specific request in your enquiry, but it needs written agreement before it becomes part of an order.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
Send your first shortlist.
Include your store link, destination, style references and approximate quantities. Add any sample or documentation requests so the quotation starts with the complete brief.
